COVID19 has certainly presented challanges that we feel warrant attention. We feel that in order to manage COVID, we must manage oursleves and our health. We feel very confident in the measures that we have put in place in order to help you manage your health. We are committed to your health. For this reason, we have clearly marked the studio and can only take a minimum number of members at a time. Our experienced instructors are working day and night to help you keep up or jump start your personal yoga wellness program. We now have a number of classes weekly. Enquire for the updated weekly schedule. Dont forget, if you cant make it, you can zoom it.
You now have a choice to book one of our certified instructors at a time of your choice with a tailor made yoga routine to suit your schedule and level of expertise.
Our instructors are trained to teach you from beginners level and upwards.
