The syudio is heated at 40 degrees and has a relatively high humidity that keep the studio hot and humid.  This humidity increases your body temperature as you work out, which helps to increase your metabolism rate and how much you burn both during the courses and immediately after the course. Another benefit associated with taking hot yoga class is that it is a great stress reliever. Yoga alone is a great way to reflect on your day, relax and decrease your stress. But adding in the heat from the temperature allows you to sweat and work your anger out.

 

Hot yoga has also been shown to provide a cardiovascular boost, while also reducing blood glucose levels. This helps you to be a bit fitter and healthier. Finally, sweating allows your body to naturally shed dead skin cells and cleanse your pores. The result is younger, healthier skin that has a glow to it.
